UpField Financial is being led by Partner, Chad Ward, and was created to help UpField clients grow their respective businesses by providing financial consulting services. UpField Financial provides capital raising assistance, transaction advisory services including: buy and sell-side due diligence, outsource CFO engagements, as well as transitional finance and accounting services. Ward, a CPA, started his career with Ernst & Young, before spending the last 10 years providing financial leadership and advisory services to privately held businesses in transition. Leaning on experience gained through a multitude of successful financial transactions as both an advisor and investor, Ward has shaped UpField Financial to help the firm’s clients attain their financial goals.
In recent engagements, Upfield Financial has helped a vertically integrated industrial hemp company raise capital while also serving as the client’s outsourced CFO. Additionally, UpField Financial successfully assisted the management team of a niche manufacturing company with the sale of their business.
